3. Earning and Points System

3.1 Points Earning

Points are awarded for completing educational activities as outlined in our platform. The point values for different activities may change at our discretion.

3.2 Daily Limits

• Daily earning limits apply to certain activities
• Referral bonuses do not count toward daily limits
• Limits reset at midnight (GMT+1)
• We reserve the right to modify daily limits without prior notice

3.3 Point Valuation

Points have no cash value until redeemed according to our withdrawal policies. The exchange rate and withdrawal thresholds may be adjusted periodically.

4. Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500,000 points
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 7-14 business days
• Valid identification may be required for verification
• Withdrawals are subject to platform fees as disclosed at time of request

5. Prohibited Activities

All content on EduHeTech, including courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EduHeTech or our content partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may collect information including but not limited to: name, email address, learning progress, device information, and usage patterns.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduHeTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Changes to point values or withdrawal policies

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have earned through the platform in the preceding 6 months.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
