Earning Points

How do I earn points on EduHeTech?

You can earn points through multiple activities:

  • Complete courses: 2000 points each
  • Watch ads: 50-200 points per ad
  • Read blog articles: 100 points each
  • Refer friends: 1000 points per referral
  • Spin daily wheel: 50-500 points
  • Daily login bonus: 100 points

Is there a daily limit on how many points I can earn?

Yes, there's a daily limit of 10,000 points from regular activities. However, referral bonuses do NOT count toward this limit, so you can earn unlimited points through referrals!

How often can I spin the daily wheel?

You can spin the wheel once every 24 hours. The timer resets at midnight local time.

Do I need to watch the entire ad to get points?

Yes, you must watch the entire ad duration to receive points. Closing the ad early or navigating away will result in no points being awarded.

Withdrawals & Payments

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is 500,000 points, which equals $5. This ensures processing fees don't significantly impact your earnings.

How long do withdrawals take to process?

Withdrawals typically process within 24-48 hours. During high volume periods, it may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive a notification once processed.

What payment methods do you support?

We currently support:

  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal
  • Mobile Money (various providers)
  • Gift Cards (selected retailers)

Why was my withdrawal request rejected?

Common reasons for rejection include:

  • Insufficient points balance
  • Incorrect payment details

Points may take a few minutes to update. If points haven't appeared after 15 minutes:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you completed all course requirements
  • Contact support with course details

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team. Note that account deletion is permanent and will result in loss of all points and earnings.
